- Luego preparé con todas las hierbas digamos el menjungue. Pique los dientes de ajo. En un táper fui poniendo as berenjenas y una capa del ajo picado y una cucharada de las hierbas. Así hasta terminar todo y luego las cubrí bien con aceite de oliva. Las llevo a la heladera y cuanto más días estén mejores se pondrán...yo no tengo paciencia y las líquido en menos de lo que cante un gallo. Espero les guste y la disfruten.
