  6. Colar y dejar enfriar en un colador.
  7. Una vez frías, envasarlas en frascos, bien apretaditas, intercalando por cada capa de berenjenas el orégano y ají molido. Cada dos o tres capas agregar una vez un par de dientes de ajo enteros y una vez una hoja de laurel.
  8. Al completar el frasco, agregar todo el aceite que lleve hasta que se vean las berenjenas totalmente cubiertas. Probablemente este paso deberá repetirse a medida que el aceite decante.
