  7. Vaciar la calabaza con cuidado de no romper la piel dejando una capa fina. Reservar
  8. Precalentar el horno a 180º calor arriba y abajo
  9. Limpiar y picar la pulpa de la calabaza, poner en un bol.
  10. Añadir la quinoa, los tomates secos hidratados y cortados, el queso en dados, el majado de nueces y albahaca y las pasas
  11. Mezclar bien, salpimentar y añadir un chorrito de aceite de oliva, volver a mezclar
  12. Rellenar la piel de la calabaza con la mezcla y poner en una fuente apta para el horno.
  13. Meter al horno y dejar unos 45-50 minutos, hasta que la calabaza esté hecha. Sacar y dejar templar
  14. Subir el horno a 220º función gratinar
  15. Por encima de la calabaza rallar grana padano al gusto, poner el tomate reservado en tiras, alguna nuez y algunas pasas. Meter al horno 3-4 minutos hasta que el queso esté gratinado
