  5. Retiraremos del fuego y pasaremos la batidora, hasta formar una crema homogénea. Sin grumos y de textura suave (podéis subir y bajar para que entre aire y se generen burbujitas) Poner al fuego y dar unas vueltas más a fuego fuerte y retirar. Servir caliente o fría.
