Una vez que la calabaza está tierna dejamos atemperar un poco para poder manipularla y quitamos la piel, vamos poniendo la calabaza en un vaso para batidora y trituramos, pasamos por un colador el caldo de verdura y vamos añadiendo a la calabaza hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada, volvemos a poner al fuego para que se caliente y ya lo tendremos todo listo para servir, servimos con una cucharada de queso crema y cebollino
