Agregamos los pimientos y dejamos que se hagan durante 5 minutos a fuego medio. Incorporamos los dados de pavo y salteamos un par de minutos.



- Añadimos la calabaza, removemos y dejamos al fuego 15 minutos. Incorporamos el calabacín y cocinamos a fuego medio 5 minutos.


- Agregamos la salsa de tomate, las hojas de laurel y un par de golpes de molinillo de pimienta negra. Dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento durante unos 50 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando hasta que la calabaza esté blandita.
