- Ponemos una sartén al fuego pincelada con aceite. Vertemos cucharadas de masa dando forma de tortitas y Cocinamos un par de min. con cuidado que no se quemen. Damos la vuelta y dejamos otro par de min.

- Vamos disponiendo las chulas en un plato y cuando estén frías Espolvoreamos con azúcar y canela al gusto.

- Normalmente las chulas se fríen pero en este caso las hacemos con poquito aceite para reducir el exceso de grasa.
