  4. Cubrimos nuestras verduras con agua y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio-alto durante 20 minutos o hasta que la patata y la calabaza estén hechas. Trituramos, incorporamos los quesitos, volvemos a frituras. Calentamos todo a fuego medio para que si no hemos triturado bien el quesito, se deshaga con el calor.
