- Mientras podemos ir cociendo el rigatoni con abundante a gua y sal durante 12-14 minutos aproximadamente, en los paquetes pone el tiempo de cocción todo depende que te guste al dente o más cocida. Escurrimos y ahora añadiremos una cebolla que estamos pochando y a la que añadiremos las bolitas o trozos de calabaza, rehogaremos todo junto y añadiremos a la pasta cocida, a la que también añadiremos la salsa de queso.
