  1. Rehogar los muslos, con aceite caliente. Añadir la cebolla en cuartos y el pimiento y rehogar un poco.
  2. Añadir puerro, calabaza en trozos grandes, nabos, zanahoria, repollo, patatas y tomates pelados. Poner un poco de pimentón rojo y rehogar un par de minutos.
  3. Cubrir con agua. Echar 2 pastillas de caldo de verdura o caldo (cuidado, debe quedar sabroso, pero no salado) 30 minutos en la olla exprés
  4. Abrir y añadir los trozos de calabacín, las especias (cilantro, jengibre, comino, perejil, hierbas provenzales (o lo que os guste tomillo, albahaca...) 1 cucharadita de cada cosa, lo probáis y hasta que os guste el sabor
  5. Poner también medio bote de garbanzos y otros 20 minutos de olla.
  6. Por último cocer la sémola como dice en la caja. Con 250 gr sale mucho cous cous
  7. Servir poniendo abajo la sémola y haciendo como un volcán con los ingredientes y servir el caldo en una salsera.
