- En una sartén doramos la cebolla pelada y cortada en brunoise con aove y añadimos el pimentón dulce, rehogamos y a continuación añadimos el tomate rallado para acto seguido echar en la cacerola.
- Sazonamos con el azafrán picado en un mortero con la hierbabuena. Probamos de sal y dejamos hervir hasta que esté todo tierno y espese un poco.
